Plot

Versus new DVD edition, re-mastered and with 10 minutes more of new cut scenes. Deep within the mysterious Forest of Resurrection, which is the 444th Portal to the Other World, a spectacular battle between good and evil has gone on since the dawn of time. When Prisoner KSC2-303 escapes from a maximum security facility, he enters the forest, believing it will lead him to safe haven. Instead, he finds himself a pawn in an endless struggle played out across multiple temporal planes of existence. His opponent: a mysterious man who seemingly cannot be killed. The battle to be waged: Good versus Evil in the pursuit of a beautiful woman who holds the key to eternal life. What Prisoner KSC2-303 cannot remember is whether or not he is the personification of good or the very essence of darkness.

Review

The same, old, awesome Versus, cooler than ever. Nothing has changed in the plot, but the film have been re-mastered with extra scenes and now is 10 minutes longer. New scenes are beautiful! In my opinion, they wonderfully complete the movie. You could easily distinguish them from the rest of the film because the image is clearer and brighter, and because Tak, gorgeous as usual, has longer dyed hair. The best thing of this DVD edition is the 2nd disc, full of making of and extras. One feautures Tak's day at Japan Festival, and shows our beloved butt-naked in his hotel room! You absolutely can't lose this.
